Let everything boil down a little. Taste the brood. Adjust by adding soj sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar or hot paprika powder as needed. Taste the brood. Check vegetables consistency. When you feel that the taste and consistency are about to be OK, add up fresh thyme in the brood.
